Steven Jobs Anna Laurie

Steven Jobs was born on February 24, 1955. His parents were Joanne Simpson and Abdulfattah Jandali. They gave their unnamed son up for adoption. Shortly after they gave their son up for adoption they got married. When Steven was a baby he was adopted by Clara and Paul Jobs and they named him Steven Paul Jobs.

Steven Jobs was very smart, but he had a lot of frustrations. After Steven Jobs graduated for high school he went to Reed College in Portland, Oregon. He dropped put after the first 6 months. In 1976 he and Wozniak started Apple computers. when the two started they started in the Job's garage , and funded their entrepreneurial venture after Steven Jobs sold his bus and scientific calculator.

In 1985 Jobs quit his job as Apples CEO and began a new hardware and software company. A year later he bought an animation company which later became Pixar Animation Studios. Pixar merged with Disney in 2006.Jobs helped Apple come out with the iMac, effective branding campaigns, and stylish designs got the attention of buyers again.

In 2003, Jobs realized he had a tumor. For nine months he postponed the sugary, which made the directors of Apple nervous. in 2004 he had the surgery to remove his tumor.

In 2008 iTunes became the second biggest music retailer in America. Apple has sold over 200 million ipods and 6 billion sons were downloaded. Apple Has been rated number 1. in America's Most Admired Companies, and number 1. amongst 500 companies.

I really enjoyed learning about Steven Jobs he is very smart.
